This 1-1 experience is for someone who is looking for a supportive container as they look to move into their next chapter, whether personal or professional. This is for you if you’re ready for a vibrational ‘gear shift’ to help you move forward into your next stage. It is an energetic realignment, supporting you to connect with yourself on a deeper level so that you are empowered to progress with new levels of self trust and belief.
THE CLEARING
An energetic clearing and cleansing. In order to move forward, we need to release resistant energies that may be holding us back from taking our next steps. The first week is all about letting go, releasing unwanted energy and feeling lighter. This process creates space for the new to come in.
THE formula
An infusion of powerful affirmations paired with healing vibrations. Intention + frequency = healing. This is the sound healing formula that we will be leaning into in the second week. You will receive transformative affirmations along with healing frequencies that are aligned to your vision. This intention setting session will support you as you move into your new trajectory.
bespoke SOUNDSCAPE
You will be guided through a curated healing soundscape that has been tailor made for you with carefully chosen frequencies that will restore and elevate your specific energetic composition to assist you on your onward journey. You will experience the healing in person first, as well as gifted a personalised recording so you can integrate the soundscape into your daily routine.
CLOSING CEREMONY
A closing ceremony for integration. After a healing journey you may feel a mix of emotions. This special ceremony is designed to support you through those emotions, serving as a reminder to be extra gentle with yourself as you move through this energetic expansion.
Intuitive guidance and feedback drawn from your overall journey will be shared within this session and also sent to you following the closing ceremony so that you can revisit your personal guidance at a time that suits you.
